【摘要】 挖掘优秀工程师成长的关键阶段,识别影响工程师成长阶段中的重要因素,对于探讨中国工程师培养机制问题十分有益。本研究在对27位参与过国家重大工程项目——青藏铁路工程的优秀工程师进行质化研究的基础上,借助于质性研究Nvivo8分析软件,探讨了优秀工程师成长历程的关键阶段及其重要影响因素。该研究对于揭示培育优秀工程师的规律性认识,为未来卓越工程师成长创造良好的发展环境和健全的机制具有十分重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Understanding the crucial periods in engineers’ growth and the main contributors influencing the engineers’ growth are very important to train qualified engineers. Using the Nvivo8 analysis software,the study discusses those critical periods and the influential factors in engineers’ growth based on the qualitative study on twenty seven engineers,all of whom joined the national key project "Qingzang Train Project". Such research has important implications on training and cultivating excellent engineers in China.更多还原
