新型光敏剂HA的激发光物理特性与敏化单态氧测量系统
The Excited State and Spectroscopic Measurement of Singlet Oxygen Quantum Yield Produced by a New-type Photosensitizer Hyporcrellin A
【摘要】 为了进一步揭示HA(hypocrellinA)的激发态能级结构和物理机制,我们采用了强激光激发的方法进行了实验验证.结果表明利用HA的强激发辐射效应从一个侧面证实了ESIPT的存在,对于HA分子需要双光子吸收才能实现ESIPT过程.在此基础上建立了一种新的测量HA单态氧荧光光谱和量子产率的方法,定量测定了HA光敏剂敏化单态氧的量子产率.结果表明:测定单态氧在1270nm的荧光光谱,是在红外区精确测量HA敏化单态氧量子产率的直观方法.
【Abstract】 To reveal the physical mechanism of HA in the excite state,using laser excitation method to conducts the theoretical analysis and experimental validation,we study relative properties of HA′s excited state and prove a new proof for ESIPT;we draw a conclusion that HA′s ESIPT results from double photons absorption.Furthermore,the equipment of measuring fluorescence spectrum in near infrared and quantum yield for singlet molecule oxygen produced by photosensitization is developed.The emission spectra from singlet molecule oxygen in the excited state,1g,photosensitized by HA in organic solvents are obtained on the system.the spectroscopic technology for measuring singlet oxygen fluorescence in near about 1270 nm is a reliable method for measurement of quantum yield of singlet oxygen.
