【摘要】 目的观察中西医结合治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组120例采用中药结合辛伐他汀治疗,对照组100例单纯采用辛伐他汀治疗。结果两组均能显著降低血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),但治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗高脂血症疗效优于单纯西药降脂治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the Integrated Treat ment of hyperlipidemia therapy .Methods The patients were randomly divided into treat ment group of 120 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with si mvastatin,the control group,100 cases of si mple use of si mvastatin.Results After treat ment ,significantly decreased plasma total cholesterol(TC) ,triglyceride(TG) ,lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) ,increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C),but the treat ment group and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) .Conclusion Combination treat ment of hyperlipidemia lipid-lowering therapy more effective than Western medicine alone .更多还原
