【摘要】 社会组织参与乡村治理,是一个必然的历史过程,分析其效能优势,是解释其历史必然性的重要侧面。对青岛莱西市东庄头村老年协会参与乡村治理的主要做法进行实践考察显示:农村社会组织参与乡村治理,有利于提高村民的致富能力和效率,有利于提高村民的自治水平、村民的文明程度、农村党的组织建设和群众工作水平,还有利于提升农村社会公共服务品质。在当代中国,社会组织参与乡村治理不仅可以获得体制内的认同,而且在政治建设、经济建设、文化建设、社会建设、党的建设等各个方面体现了独特的效能优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The participation of social organizations in the rural governance is an inevitable process.The effectiveness analysis is an important explanation to its historical inevitability.The on-site study of the participation of Seniors Association of Dongzhuangtou Village in the rural governance indicates that the participation of social organizations in the rural governance is conducive to improving the villagers’ capability and efficiency to lead a prosperous life,as well as their self-governance and civility.It also helps to upgrade the quality of social and public service and promote the organization work and mass work of the party in rural areas.In contemporary China,the participation of social organizations in the rural governance not only attains the recognition within the socialist system,but also shows its unique effective advantages in various fields such as political,economic,cultural,social and party construction.更多还原
