青岛高新区原盐田用地的竖向设计与排水问题探讨

【摘要】 由于地势低洼、排水不畅且易受海潮侵袭、土壤承载力低、土地盐碱化严重等,如何合理的确定场地竖向高程并有效组织雨、污水排放是决定青岛高新区原盐田地区开发成败的关键因素之一.结合工程实例,提出了增加道路变坡点降低场地平均高程、充分利用水系组织雨水排放等新思路.

【Abstract】 Because of such factors as low-lying topography,unsmooth drainage,easy to be eroded by tides,low bearing value of soil and serious soil salination,etc.,it has become one of the key factors in the development of the disused salina area in Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone how to decide the vertical height of the site and how to drain out the sewage and rain water.In combination with the engineering project practice,new ideas such as adding gradient-change points to debase the average elevation,bringing the drainage systems into full play by taking advantages of water systems,etc.are put forward in this article.
