【Abstract】 The history of urban development shows that the level of urban culture has a significant impact on the city’ s sustainable development.Urban culture has characteristics of openness,progress,and remarkable integrity and secularity.The university culture,with the quality of innovation,pilot,openness,and criticalness,can upgrade urban culture by refining the spirit and remodeling features.The effect of university culture to urban culture follows such spreading laws as collocated borrowing,involved borrowing,absorption,and integration interaction.And the effective way of upgrading are ongoing in the form of cultural exchange between university and city,cultural creative industry building,university-industry cooperation,and co-building of cultural community.更多还原
