界面渐进结冰融冰过程的试验研究
Experimental Studies on Freezing and Melting Progress in Interface-Progressing System
【摘要】 提出了一种应用热泵节能技术的高效界面渐进冷冻试验系统,并对该系统中的界面渐进结冰融冰过程进行了分析和研究,试验数据重复性良好,验证了所建试验系统的可靠性。研究结果表明,随着换热管表面结冰厚度的增加,系统性能系数和换热管结冰速率都有一个从迅速减小到缓慢减小再迅速减小的过程;增加管排密度、减小结冰厚度或采用带肋片的换热器,能够显著提高系统的性能系数;采用特殊设计的在低压比下高效运行的压缩机,能够大幅提高系统的性能系数。
【Abstract】 With efficient heat-pump technology,a new type of interface-progressing freezing system is recommended.The analysis and research on freezing and melting progress were carried out.The system is reliable according to the repeatable experimental data.Besides,with the increase of the ice on the surface of the tubes,COP,freezing and melting velocity all went through a progress from rapid-decreasing to slow-decreasing and then to rapid-decreasing.The COP of the system can be improved by increasing the density of the tubes,decreasing the thickness of the ice,or using finned tubes.The COP of the system also can be increased by using efficient compressor with low compression ratio.
