【Abstract】 To carry on subjective evaluation about the automobile is based on the voice of customers.This study adopts SPSS software,and illustrates how to apply One-Way ANOVA to automobile evaluation.The method could also be used in other subjective evaluations,such as the appearance style,the interior style,the perceptive quality and so on.The method avoids the misunderstanding of just comparing the averages and improves the efficency and reliability comparing with the Z-test and T-test.更多还原
