乘用车与行人碰撞腿部保护设计要素研究
Research on Design Elements of Vehicle for Pedestrian Leg Protection
【摘要】 在MADYMO中建立了汽车前端结构的多体简化模型,利用Modefrontier进行了参数灵敏度分析以及不同工况下的优化设计。分析了汽车前端结构参数对行人腿部碰撞性能影响的规律性,并在吸能块和副保险杠支撑系统方面,总结出一些通用的有利于行人腿部保护的乘用车前部结构设计方法和改善建议。对某款车型的腿部保护设计进行了改进,改进后其腿部保护性能有了大幅提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a simplified multi-body model of vehicle front-end structure is established in MADYMO,Modefrontier is used for parameter sensitivity analysis and optimization design under different operating conditions.The rule of effect of vehicle front-end structural parameters on pedestrian leg impact performance is analyzed,and some design methods and suggestions of improvement which are helpful in pedestrian leg protection are summarized.Modification is made to a vehicle in leg protection design,which proves to improve greatly in pedestrian leg protection.
