材料应变率对汽车碰撞性能影响的研究
A Study on the Effects of Strain Rate on the Crashworthiness of Vehicle
【摘要】 为研究材料应变率对整车碰撞性能的影响,建立了某微型车正面碰撞仿真有限元模型,对车身前部进行了考虑和不考虑材料应变率效应的正面碰撞仿真,并在碰撞变形、B柱加速度、碰撞力和碰撞能量等方面与试验结果进行对比,结果表明材料的应变率对整车碰撞性能的主要参数有较大的影响,考虑材料应变率效应的仿真结果与试验结果比较接近。
【Abstract】 To study the effects of strain rate on the crashworthiness of vehicle,a finite element model for the frontal crash of a minibus,and frontal crash simulations both with and without the consideration of material strain rate effects are conducted with their results compared to the test ones in terms of impact deformation,B pillar acceleration,impact force and impact energy.The results show that the strain rate of material has large effects on vehicle crashworthiness,and the results of simulation accounting for the strain rate of material are much closer to that of test.
