【Abstract】 This paper firstly analyses the relationship between traditional information analysis service and knowledge management based on already existing problems of traditional information analysis service,then it discusses the mode of introducing knowledge management to information analysis service based on three dimensions namely idea penetration,mechanism integration and technology embodiment;Finally,featuring on human wisdom,integration and service innovation,a framework of Knowledge Management-Based Information Analysis Service which incorporates designs of strategy,mechanism and transaction is established.更多还原
