【Abstract】 Rabbit carotid artery and jugular vein cannulation is the required and key skill in the medical functional experiments and physiology,pharmacology,pathophysiology,and other related basic research,which is the premise of the follow-up experiments and should be give sufficient attention.This paper summarizes the basis of teaching practice with the specific operation,indicating that its operating skills,technical success and the key essentials and analyzes arterial and venous catheterization characteristics and requirements,explains the experimental application.It plays positive role in guiding and improving the students practical skills and teaching quality.更多还原
