【摘要】 纸张作为常见印刷承印材料,其性能的许多方面影响着印刷的色彩管理与最终印刷品质量。如纸张中的荧光增白剂虽然可提高纸张总亮度和白度,但不能被色彩测量仪器准确地记录,造成印刷品色彩与原稿不匹配。因此国际标准,如ISO与ICC系列的所有数据都建立在不含荧光增白剂的纸张上。但实际印刷所用纸张均含有荧光增白剂,导致实际印刷结果不符合国际标准。为此,寻找有效的方法控制与校正荧光增白剂对印刷复制品的影响,得到理想的颜色匹配关系成为目前印刷质量标准化技术发展的研究重点。本论文研究了在相同的印刷方式下,含有与不含荧光增白剂的纸张的彩色印刷效果,通过分析样张光谱数据,找出彩色复制图像受荧光增白剂影响最大的区域与特征;通过色度值转换的方法,校正与补偿荧光增白剂对色彩特性数据的影响;证实色度转换方法有助于印刷色彩的正确匹配。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of traditional substrate,paper properties impact the quality of color reproductions.At present,almost all kinds of paper contain Optical Brightening Agents(OBA).OBA works by absorbing ultraviolet wavelengths of the illuminant, emitting fluorescence at blue wavelengths,increasing the amount of light,and making the paper brighter.This effect of OBA is difficult to measure with common spectrophotometers accurately,which creates a mismatch between color proofing and printing.Furthermore,the printing standards,as ISO 12647-2 defined substrate without fluorescence.It results in some problems in printing conformance using paper with OBA.This research discovered the influence of OBA on color samples, derived colorimetric conversion method to correct and compensate the effects of OBA on paper,and demonstrated the efficient of the colorimetric conversion method in color management workflow with soft proofing.更多还原
