【摘要】 国内外发展经验证明,农产品加工业是长盛不衰的朝阳行业。江西是欠发达地区,具有明显的生态优势,大力发展生态农产品加工业是其加速崛起和进位赶超的战略抉择,是鄱阳湖生态经济区起飞的重要引擎,也是江西工业化进程的中坚力量。文章提出了加快江西生态农产品加工业发展的总体思路:一是确立发展农产品加工业的战略地位;二是做大江西生态农产品(食品)品牌;三是打造和布局"航空母舰"型加工龙头企业;四是大力引进先进的加工技术和管理方法;五是多渠道增加投入。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is proved by the foreign and domestic experience that the agricultural product processing industry is an eternal rising industry.As an underdeveloped area,Jiangxi Province enjoys an obvious ecological advantage.Therefore,to greatly develop the eco - agricultural product processing industry is a strategic choice for Jiangxi’s rising in the middle region of China and surpassing other provinces,an important engine for boosting the growth of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone and also the backbone for Jiangxi’s industrialization.This paper presents a general idea of accelerating the development of the eco - agricultural product processing industry in Jiangxi that we should establish the strategic status of developing the agricultural product processing industry,make the brand of Jiangxi’s eco - agricultural products(foodstuffs) stronger and more famous, build the leading processing enterprises and import advanced processing technologies and management methods as well as increase the inputs through diversified channels.更多还原
