【摘要】 根据自然灾害系统理论,选取致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境稳定性、承灾体脆弱性以及灾后恢复性为福建省台风灾害风险评价指标,采用福建省台风灾害数据库资料和福建省社会经济数据库资料,应用综合加权法得出福建省各县域的风险度数值,将福建省台风灾害风险分为三个不同风险等级的区域,并针对风险分区提出对应的防灾减灾对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the theory of natural disasters,the region of Fujian typhoon disaster risk may be divided into three different areas by the comprehensive weighting method of risk degree,which is taken by the hazard-formative factors,stability of disaster environmental,hazard-affected bodies and post-disaster vulnerability as the Fujian typhoon disaster risk restorative evaluation index and using the typhoon disaster database data in Fujian province and the application of the social economy database data obtained in Fujian province.The corresponding risk partition and disaster-reduction countermeasures are put forward for the risk districts.更多还原
