生物修复受污染河道CODCr正交试验研究
Orthogonal expeirment of bioremediation on contaminative riverway CODCr
【摘要】 为研究利用河道生物环境处理生活污水的最佳工艺条件和各种因素对处理效果的影响,采用水力停留时间、溶解氧水平和"pro-bac"生物激活剂进行了三种因素组合的正交试验。确定了影响出水CODCr效果的主次影响因素。结果表明,影响出水CODCr效果的主次因素顺序为:水力停留时间、溶解氧水平和生物激活剂投加量。单因素优化后得出本试验条件下的最优工艺为:水力停留时间=3d、溶解氧=4.0mg/L、生物激活剂投加量=3.0mg/L。得出优化后试验结果为:对CODCr平均去除率76.11%。
【Abstract】 An orthogonal test was made on three factors,namely hydraulic retention time(HRT),the oxygen aeration capacity and the dose of adding "pro-bac" bio-stimulants to investigate the different in fluences of various factors on effluent quality of contaminative riverway.The results showed that primary and secondary influence order to CODCr is: hydraulic retention time(HRT),the oxygen aeration capacity and the dose of adding "pro-bac" bio-stimulants.After the single factor optimizes obtains the most superior process under this test condition is: HRT=3d,the oxygen aeration capacity is=4.0 mg/L and the dose of adding bio-stimulants=3.0 mg/L.Obtains the result of average removeing rate to CODCr of most superior test is 76.11%
