【摘要】 目的了解健康教育对经皮肾穿刺活检术的成功率和术后并发症的影响。方法 100例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各50例,试验组严格执行科学的健康教育,对照组只采用传统方法给予简单的指导。观察2组穿刺成功率及并发症发生情况。分析手术前后施行健康教育对患者的影响。结果试验组肾穿刺活检术的成功率为98.0%高于对照组的86.0%,试验组腰痛及血尿的发生率分别为20.0%和4.0%低于对照组的36.0%和16.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论科学的实施健康教育对促进患者的康复及预防并发症起到了积极的促进作用,达到了良好的教育效果,提高了护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of health education on the success rate and post-operative complications in the patients received percutaneous renal needle biopsy.Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,50 cases of each.The experiment group received strict and scientific health education,while the control group was only given simple guidance with traditional method.Observed the success rate and the situation of post-operative complications.Analysed the influence of henlth education.Results The success rate of the experiment group was 98.0% higher than 86.0% of the control group;The lumbago’s occurrence rate of the experiment group was 20.0%,while haematuria’ s occurrence rate was 4.0%,and both were lower than those of the control group.All the differences above were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Scientific health education can effectively promote the rehabilitation and prevent the complications,which leads to good education outcome and higher nursing quality.更多还原
