【摘要】 目的调查药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况,促进临床合理用药。方法对300例药物不良反应(ADR)报告分别从患者年龄、性别、给药途径、涉及药物种类及临床表现等方面进行分析和统计。结果 300例ADR报告中涉及药品9类,其中抗感染药物占首位(23.67%)。主要的ADR类型为皮肤及附件损害(41.67%),其次为免疫系统损害(23.67%)。结论应重视ADR监测工作,促进临床合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in our hospital and to promote the rational clinical use of drugs.Methods 300 cases of ADR were analyzed in respects of age,sex,drug administration,drug type,clinical manifestation,etc.Results 300 cases of ADR involving 9 kinds of drugs,Which accounts for the first was anti-infective drugs(23.67%).The main types of ADR was skin and accessories damage(41.67%),secondly was immune system damage(23.67%).Conclusion ADR monitor must be strengthened in order to ensure the rational use of drugs.更多还原
