【摘要】 目的建立测定中药及保健食品中酸枣仁皂苷A和B的高效液相含量测定方法。方法色谱柱Agilent zorbaxC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),柱温25℃;流动相为0.5%冰醋酸-甲醇(32∶68),流速1.0ml/min;蒸发光散射检测器,飘移管温度105℃,氮气流速2.4L/min。在以上条件下制备对照品及供试品溶液,并观察比较其测定效果。结果酸枣仁皂苷A和B的线性范围分别为4.37～39.20μg和4.25～38.60μg;最低检测限分别为0.63μg和0.85μg;定量限分别为2.11μg和2.73μg;加样回收率(n=5)分别为96.35%和97.12%;12h内稳定性良好;仪器精密度良好;重复性良好。结论RP-HPLC-ELSD法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性良好,可用于含酸枣仁中药及保健食品中2种以上成分的含量测定和产品质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up the method of determining Jujuboside A and B in Chinese Medicine and health foods.Methods Columns Agilent zorbaxC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),column temperature 25℃;Mobile phase of 0.5% glacial acetic acid-methanol(32∶68),flow rate 1.0ml/min;Evaporation light scattering detector,drift tube temperature of 105 ℃,nitrogen flow rate 2.4L/min.In the above conditions,preparation of reference substance and test items solution,observed and compared their measurement results.Results Jujuboside A and B,linear in the range of 4.37～39.20μg and 4.25～38.60μg;Minimum detection limits were 0.63μg and 0.85μg;Quantification limits were 2.11μg and 2.73μg;Recoveries(n=5)were 96.35% and 97.12%;12h internal stability was good;Instruments recision was good;Rpeatability was good.Conclusion RP-HPLC-ELSD method is simple,sensitive,accurate,good repeatability.It can be used to assay and product quality control of more than two kinds of components in Suanzaoren Chinese Medicine and health foods.更多还原
