【摘要】 目的为真实了解及掌握昆明市不同级别、不同专科医疗机构的医院感染发生及病原菌种类、抗生素使用状况,为进一步制定医院感染监控措施提供依据。方法组织开展昆明地区医院感染、抗生素使用状况和流行病学现况调查并分析。结果2009年8月10日昆明地区医院感染流行病学现况调查医院感染现患率为4.2%;其中市级综合医院、区级综合医院、县级综合医院、中医专科医院、儿童妇幼机构、传染病专科、精神病专科、厂矿医院的医院感染发生率分别为4.3%、4.1%、5.3%、2.2%、1.3%、2.5%、6.3%、8.4%;昆明地区抗生素使用率53.0%,治疗用药率60.9%,预防用药率21.5%,治疗+预防用药率17.6%;抗生素一联应用占57.0%,二联占39.8%,三联占总用药3.1%。结论昆明地区医院感染流行病学现况调查可反映本地的真实现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To get the information on the incidence of hospital infection and the pathogen in the medical treatment facilities of different level and different sectors,to get the information of using of antibiotics,and develop the surveillance measures of hospital infection.Methods Conducted epidemiological study on hospital infection and the use of antibiotics in kunming.And analyzed the results of the study.Results On august 10 in 2009,the epidemiological study of hospital infection in kunming found the current patients rates was 4.2%;Among that,the infection incidence rate for comprehensive city-level hospitals,districts comprehensive hospitals and county-level comprehensive hospitals,special hospitals of traditional Chinese Medicine,maternal and children health care facilities,communicable diseases hospitals,mental health hospitals,the hospitals in the factory and mine were respectively 4.3%,4.1%,5.4%,2.2%,1.3%,2.5%,6.3%,8.36%.The use of antibiotics rate was 53.04%.The rate of treatment medicine used was 60.0%.The rate of prevention medicine used was 21.5%,and the use rate of treatment+prevention was 17.6%.Anti-bacterial medicines use account for 57% in on union,39.8% in two unions,3.1% in three unions.The number of persons sent to be trained was 12.9%.Conclusion The epidemiological current situation studies of hospital infection in kunming cound reflect the true situation.更多还原
