反相自动参比流动注射光度法测定海水中微量苯胺
Determination Trace Aniline in Seawater Using Reverse Reference Flow Injection Analysis Spectrophotometric Method
【摘要】 利用碱性体系中苯胺类化合物的重氮盐与甲萘酚的显色反应,反相自动参比流动注射分析(FIA)联用直接测定海水中的微量苯胺,建立了简便、快速、准确、高灵敏度和稳定的在线分析苯胺的方法。结果表明,在最佳检测条件下,苯胺质量浓度在10~1200μg/L范围内符合比尔定律,有良好的工作曲线,该曲线线性范围为相关系数分别为R2=0.9997,检测限为5.5μg/L,每小时进样24次,0.3mg/L的苯胺样品相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.42%(n=11)。利用该方法分析海水中的苯胺,回收率为96.5%~106.2%,结果与国家标准法一致。
【Abstract】 A new reverse flow-injection spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace aniline in the seawater was proposed,which was based on an intense chromogenic-reaction of anilines’ diazotization-coupling with 1-naphthol and formed yellow complex in basic medium.The optimized conditions allow a linear calibration range of aniline from 10 ~ 1200 μg/L and with a correlation coefficient of R2 = 0.9997.The detection limit of the method was found to be 5.5 μg/L.The sampling frequency was 24 samples per hour and the relative standard deviation was 1.42% for 0.3 mg /L.The proposed method is simple,accurate,sensitive,antiinterference and rapid,and was successfully applied to the determination of aniline in seawater with the recoveries in the range of 96.5%-106.2%.
