HF烷基化装置中的旋塞阀的设计与强度计算
Design and strength calculation for plug in HF alkylation′s unit
【摘要】 为了解决旋塞阀在氢氟酸烷基化装置中容易腐蚀泄漏的问题,研究了多层和多结构密封形式,并对旋塞和阀杆采用连体铸造方式以减少设计步骤和加工工艺;采用适合的Ni-Cu合金作为过流部件的材料,用PTEE/F46和Ni-Cu合金膜片作为静密封材料;利用ANSYS有限元分析法对阀体进行强度计算,可知在设计时应避免应力集中.结果表明,在具有较强的腐蚀性和毒性的氢氟酸条件下,该阀减小了内部泄漏和完全防止了外部泄漏,并具有防火功能,这种旋塞阀抗腐蚀和抗泄漏的能力强,能够安全可靠地应用在氢氟酸烷基化装置中.
【Abstract】 The structure of multi-layer and multi-sealed was studied in order to solve the problem of corrosion and leakage for the stopcock in the hydrofluoric acid alkylation unit.Cock and stem were casted with one-piece to reduce design steps and processing.A suitable Ni-Cu alloy material was used for flow passage components,and PTEE/F46 was used for static sealings.Strength calculation was carried out by ANSYS finite element to avoid the stress concentration at design stage.The results show that this plug reduces internal leakage and prevents the external leakage completely.It has function of fire prevention.The plug is anti-corrosion and anti-leakage strongly,and therefore can be used in the hydrofluoric acid alkylation unit safely and reliably.
