【摘要】 本文是在皮革染色工序中将染色助剂DA添加到染浴中,将两种染色助剂APAH-1822、APA-1208添加到染料中,对它们的助染性能,皮革染色的效果进行研究。主要通过考察皮革染色过程中助剂对皮革染色的各项性能指标及效果分析,筛选最佳的染色助剂,再通过选择最佳助剂的不同用量进行应用研究,最后得出最佳方案。重点考察不同染色助剂对染料的上染率、匀染性、增深性、固色性的影响及染色助剂的不同用量对染料的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper the assistant dyeing properties and leather-dyeing effects were studied after the addition of Dyeing Auxiliary DA into the dyeing bath in the dyeing process,and then Dyeing Auxiliaries APAH-1822 and APA-1208 into the dyestuff.The optimal dyeing auxiliaries may be obtained through the investigation into the effects of the auxiliaries on the properties of the dyed leather and the result analysis during the leather dyeing.And the best formula could be got by the help of the application research under the condition of selecting the different amount of the best auxiliaries.More attentions were paid to the effects of various dyeing auxiliaries on the dyeing yields,dye leveling,dye deepening and dye fixing.And at the same time the influence of the different amount of the dyeing auxiliaries on the dyestuffs was also discussed.更多还原
