【摘要】 白癜风机制非常复杂,近年来人们发现,在春夏季发病的白癜风达75%,曝晒成为白癜风发病的重要原因之一。研究发现曝晒引发白癜风内在机制主要为日光照射后产生的自由基对细胞膜,蛋白质及DNA损伤,并能诱导细胞凋亡,从而引发白癜风的发生。因此对于白癜风患者,在春夏季应避免日光的曝晒,同时选择清除自由基的药物对于白癜风治疗是有益的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mechanism of vitiligo is very complicated.In recent years,it was found that the incidence of vitiligo in spring and summer was up to 75% and insolation became one of the important reasons for the pathogenesis of vitiligo.With An internal mechanism by producing free radicals which could make damage to cell membrane,protein and DNA,even apoptosis,vitiligo was induced by insolation.Therefore,in spring and summer,the daylight exposure of sunshine should be avoided for vitiligo patients,while drugs scavenging free radicals are beneficial for vitiligo treatment.更多还原
