基于感兴趣区域的空域分辨率可调整方法

【摘要】 提出了基于感兴趣区域的空域分辨率可调整方法.根据感兴趣区域信息将原始输入图像划分为感兴趣区域和非感兴趣区域.对感兴趣区域图像按照原始图像的分辨率进行编码,对非感兴趣区域图像先进行下采样,并对下采样图像进行编码,实现了基于区域的分辨率可调整功能.实验结果表明:采用空域分辨率可调整方法的感兴趣区域的信噪比比整幅图像的平均信噪比提高1.9.与参照的传统基于感兴趣编码方式比较,平均信噪比提高了0.6的同时,平均编码率有40%的下降.

【Abstract】 The margin resolution adjustable method is raised based on the Region of Interest.The original input image is divided into the region of interest and the region of non-interest in accordance with the RIO informtion.As to the region of interest,perform coding on the resolution of the original image.As for the region of non-interest,first extract samples and then encode these samples.Consequently,the resolution adjustability based on ROI is achieved.The result shows that the SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) of the region of interest which adopts the margin resolution adjustable method is 1.9 higher than that of the whole image.Compared with the referenced traditional coding method based on interest,the average coding rate is 40% lower while the average SNR is promoted 0.6.
