【摘要】 目的:修订适用于中国大学生的学习投入量表。方法:抽取300名大学生为样本进行分析。结果:(1)中文版UWES-S分为动机,精力和专注三个维度;(2)问卷的α系数为0.815-0.919;(3)问卷有较好的结构效度和效标关联效度。各分量表与总量表的相关系数在0.856-0.902之间。效标关联效度分析表明学习投入量表能较好预测学生的学习成绩。结论:该问卷的测量指标符合心理测量学要求,但是还需要进一步结合我国的实际进行验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student(UWES-S) for the use of Chinese college students.Method:The UWES-S was filled by 300 college subjects.Results:(1) Chinese version of UWES-S is composed of three factors:Dedication,Vigor and Absorption.(2)The Cronbach α coefficients ranged from 0.815 to 0.872;(3)The correlation coefficients between UWES-S and the tress factors were 0.856 to 0.902.The UWES-S can predict academic achievement.Conclusion:The results suggest that UWES-S has eligible psychometric reliability,but it is necessary to be further confirmed according to the reality of China.更多还原
