【Abstract】 This paper is carried out on the basis of experiential and interpersonal function.It hopes to find out how the Chineses abstracts,their corresponding English version and abstracts in foreign academic jounals in English exploit language to reflect the phenomena outside language.Based on contrastive analysis,this paper,besides identifying the differences and similarities on the application of experiential processes,modal operators and modal adjuncts between the three types of abstracts,aims to find out the effect brought by culture background and the target audience on the choice of experiential processes,modal operators and modal adjuncts in the three types of abstracts.更多还原
