【摘要】 目的:了解中药注射剂药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,促进临床合理使用中药注射剂。方法:对雅安市共17家医院在2009年1～12月期间收集到的63例中药注射剂ADR报告分别从药物种类、典型病例等方面进行统计分析。结果:雅安市药品不良反应监测分中心2009年1～12月共收到777例各类药品不良反应,中药制剂99例,占比12.7%,中药注射剂63例,占中药制剂的63.6%。结论:应合理使用中药注射剂,加强对中药注射剂的质量监测,避免或减少ADR重复发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in ya’ an, and promote the rational use of traditional medicine injection in clinic. Methods: The 63 ADR cases of traditional medicine injection had been collected from Jan. 1.2009 to Dem.31.2009 in al 1 of 17 hospitals. All the cases were anlysized in respect of drug species, categories of drugs, typical cases. Results: Of 777 all kinds of ADR cases, 99 cases about traditional medicine preparation accounted for 12.7% and 63 traditional medicine injection accounted for 63.6% in all traditional medicine preparations. Conclusion: Rational use and the good quality of the traditional chinese medicine injection should be emphasized to decrease the occurrence of ADR.更多还原
