自拟的甘露通幽汤治疗中年妇女功能性便秘的疗效观察

【摘要】 观察用自拟甘露通幽汤治疗中年女性功能性便秘的疗效。方法:选取2006年8月～2009年3月在我院门诊及住院的中年女性功能性便秘的患者109名,将她们随机分为两组,中药组55例和西药组54例。结果 :中药组总有效率为83.85%,西药组为56.35%。中药组胜于西药组。结论 :自拟甘露通幽汤治疗中年女性功能性便秘具有安全性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To investigate the efficacy of the soup of our protocoling of Ganlutongyou therapies middle-aged women on functional consitipationo Methods:109 patients of middle-aged women on functional consitipation in our hospital from Augest,2006 to May,2009.They were randomly divided into 2 groups:TCM group and cisapride group .Results:The results showed that TCM group(the total effective rate was 83.85%) are superior than that cisapride group(56.35%)。Conclusion:It is a safe,efficacy stable method to therapies with the soup of our protocoling of Ganlutongyou。更多还原
