【摘要】 目的:探讨超声引导下经皮肾镜治疗输尿管上段结石的有效性及手术经验。方法:回顾性分析2007年1月到2010年4月采用超声引导微创经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管上段结石80例的临床资料。结果:80例患者在B超引导下均成功穿刺建立经皮肾镜通道,手术成功率98.75%,手术时间35～75分钟,结石清除率95%(76/80)。结论:微创经皮肾镜治疗输尿管上段结石在B超引导下穿刺,直视下进入肾脏后组中盏,安全可靠,易于推广。微创经皮肾镜治疗输尿管上段结石是一种并发症少、创伤小、结石清除率高的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate mini-percutaneous nephrlithotomy in treating proximal ureteral calculi.Methods 80 patients underwent mini -percutaneous nephrlithotomy in treating proximal ureteral calculi with B ultrasonic from Janury 2007 to April 2010 were reviewd and evaluated. Results All the 80(100%) succeeded puncture with B ultrasonic established passage of mini-percutaneous nephrlithotomy.Operation succeeded rate was 98.73%.The stone-free rate was 95%.Operation time was 35 muniters to 75 muniters.Conclusion Mini-percutaneous nephrlithotomy in treating proximal ureteral calculi was a methord of safe and effective and less complication.For Mini -percutaneous nephrlithotomy in treating proximal ureteral calculi succeeded puncture with B ultrasonic was safe on the safe side and operation succeeded rate high.更多还原
