【摘要】 目的:研究三七皂苷对消除耐力性项目运动员运动疲劳的疗效。方法:云南男子竞走队10人,随机分为实验组和对照组,经过16周的服用药物,对血常规、机能和生理部分指标进行测试和分析。结果表明:实验组指标优于对照组,但没有显著性差异,可能是中药的长期性和延后性影响,建议增加服药剂量,达到健康人水平的1.5-2倍。更多还原
