【摘要】 目的:比较支撑喉镜下喉显微外科手术(支撑喉镜组)与电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除术(电子喉镜组)治疗不同类型声带息肉的疗效。方法:声带息肉患者160例,其中广基息肉94例,带蒂息66例;按手术方法不同分为:支撑喉镜组75例和电子喉镜组85例;治疗后1个月复查电子喉镜及进行嗓音声学评价。结果:支撑喉镜组总有效率92.0%(69/75)高于电子喉镜75.2%(64/85)(χ2=0.9125,P>0.05);支撑喉镜组广基息肉治愈率91.4%(43/47),高于电子喉镜组治愈率63.8%(30/47)(χ~2=4.085,P<0.05);两组治疗声带息肉手术后嗓音参数较手术前明显改善(t=2.231,t=2.311,t=2.401,t=2.411,t=2.371,t=2.321,P均<0.05);支撑喉镜组并发症11例(14.6%),明显高于电子喉镜组5例(5.8%),2组比较有显著性差异(χ~2=8.17,P<0.01)。结论:两组均能获得满意效果,支撑喉镜手术优于电子喉镜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of surgical procedures via selfre- taining laryngoscope and electronic laryngoscope for vocal cord polyps.Methods 160 cases with vocal cord polyps,which 94 cases of sessile polyps,pedunculated polyps in 66 cases;by surgery were divided into:selfretaining laryngoscope group in 75 cases and electronic laryngoscope in 85 cases;All patients received acoustic analysis one month after operation.Results The total effective laryngoscope 92.0%(69/75)in selfretaining laryngoscope group were highter than electronic laryngoscope 75.2%(64/85)(x~2=0.9125,P>0.05);The cure rate of suspension polyps 91.4%(43/47)in selfretaining laryngo- scope group were higher than the 63.8% (30/47) in electronic laryngoscope group(x~2= 4.085,P<0.05);The voice parameters of Vocal cord polyps after compared with before were signifi- cantly improved in two groups (t=2.231,t= 2.311,t=2.401,t=2.411,t= 2.371,t=2.321,P all<0.05);The complications of selfretaining laryngoscope group in 11 cases(14.6%)were significantly higher than electronic laryngoscope group in 5 cases(5.8%),Two groups were significantly different (x~2=8.17,P<0.01).Conclusion The results in both groups were satisfied,The opration of selfretaining laryngoscope is superior the electronic laryngoscope.更多还原
