【摘要】 目的:比较星状神经节阻滞配合针刺与电针组治疗面神经炎的疗效差异。方法:将94例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组47例采用星状神经节阻滞配合针刺治疗,阻滞用药为1%利多卡因5ml,甲钴胺500μg。对照组47例采用电针治疗,针刺主穴为翳风、阳白、下关、颊车、地仓、四白、迎香、双侧合谷;辅穴为水沟、承浆、风池等;口角歪斜者加夹承浆。同时静脉点滴地塞米松10mg/d,甲钴胺500μg肌注,每日1次。二组均同时配合血管扩张剂治疗,7天为1疗程,1或和2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组1周、2周显效率95.74%、100%;对照组1周、2周显效率为78.72%、85.11%。2组显效率之间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:星状神经节阻滞配合针刺治疗面神经炎的临床疗效优于电针组,而且缩短了治疗时间。更多还原
