【摘要】 研究克菌丹致人支气管上皮细胞(16HBE)染色体损伤的情况。在加和不加体外代谢活化系统S9情况下,克菌丹染毒16HBE细胞后,收获不同染毒时相各剂量组的细胞进行染色体畸变分析。在不加S9时,0.0625~1.25mg/L剂量范围内,随染毒剂量的增加,细胞染色体畸变率升高,并呈剂量-反应关系;72h1次染毒、2次染毒和3次染毒的细胞染色体畸变率均显著增高,主要表现为染色体结构畸变,且随着染毒次数增加,引起细胞遗传物质损伤所需的最低浓度就越低;在加S9时,不同染毒次数和剂量组细胞间染色体畸变率均无明显差异。克菌丹可诱导16HBE细胞染色体畸变,具有潜在的致突变性。

【Abstract】 To observe the chromosome damage of human bronchial epithelial cells induced by captan. Chromosome aberration of human bronchial epithelial cells treated with captan at different dosages and times with or without addition of S9 was detected. When treated by captan in the dosages range from 0.0625 to 1.25 mg/L without addition of S9,the aberration rates were demonstrated increasingly with the increase of exposure doses,and dose-effect relationship was found. Significant differences were observed when treated with captan three times. The main manifestations were structure aberrations. No significant difference was found at different dosages and times with S9. The chromosome aberration can be induced by captan in the human bronchial epithelial cells,and maybe captan has the potential mutagenicity.
