二甲戊乐灵反应液的高效液相色谱分析
Analysis of Reaction Solution of Pendimethalin by HPLC
【摘要】 采用HPLC法,以C18柱为固定相,甲醇-水(体积比7∶3)为流动相,检测器检测波长为250nm,外标法定量,在室温条件下分离反应液中的3,4-二甲基苯胺、3-戊酮、二甲戊乐灵及其他组分,并准确测定其含量。3,4-二甲基苯胺的变异系数为19.15‰,回收率为97%~102%,线性范围为0.2~10g/L;3-戊酮的变异系数为15.30‰,回收率为96%~102%,线性范围为0.2~10g/L;二甲戊乐灵的变异系数为26.86‰,回收率为98%~104%,线性范围为0.2~10g/L。
【Abstract】 A method for analysis of reaction solution of pendimethalin had been developed by adopting HPLC with the C 18 column.They were detected at 250 nm and at room temperature,and the mobile phase included 70%methanol and 30%water.The RSD,recovery and linearity range for 3,4-dimethylaniline was respectively 19.15‰,97-102%and 0.2-10 g/L,that for 3-pentanone respectively15.30‰,96-102%and 0.2-10 g/L and that for pendimethalin respectively 26.86‰,98-104%and 0.2-10 g/L.
