喷雾干燥法制备活性木霉孢子粉

【摘要】 研究以木霉孢子萌发率和干燥效果作为检测指标,通过单因子试验明确了喷雾干燥仪的进风温度应设置在110℃以上,进料量的设置范围为5%~20%。再以助干剂种类、助干剂含量、进风温度和进料量4因素设计L9(34)正交试验,获得了喷雾干燥法制备高活性木霉孢子粉的最佳工艺组合:β-环糊精5%、进风温度110℃、进料量10%。

【Abstract】 One factor tests were carried out with spore germinant rate and drying effect as inspection index.The primary result indicated that inlet air temperature should be above 110°C and feed volume should be 5-20%.The orthogonal experiment was designed and performed with four factors,drying aid,content of drying aid,inlet air temperature and feed volume.It is confirmed that the optimal conditions areβ-cyclodextrin 5%,inlet air temperature at 110°C and feed volume at 10%for producing Trichoderma alive spore powder.
