【摘要】 室内测定了6种药剂对黄曲条跳甲成虫的活性,结果表明:6%乙基多杀菌素SC、5%氟虫腈SC、20%丙溴磷EC的毒力较高,LC50值分别为6.27、8.90、51.25mg/L;田间药效试验表明:这3种药剂对黄曲条跳甲有较好的防治效果,质量浓度分别为60、50、250mg/L时,药后7d防治效果为63.64%～84.41%,显著高于对照药剂40%毒死蜱EC267mg/L的防效(46.86%)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The activity and efficacy of the 6 kinds of insecticides for P.striolata was evaluated through bioassay in laboratory and test in the field.The result showed that the bioactivity of spinetoram,profenofos and fipronil was better than other insecticides,their LC50 to P.striolata were 6.27,8.90 and 51.25 mg/L,respectively.The field efficacy trials showed that the three kinds of pesticides had a good effect on controlling P.striolata,when the concentrations were 60,50,250 mg/L,the control efficiencies were between 63.64 to 84.41% after applying pesticides 7 days.The results were significantly better than the control effect of chlorpyrifos which was only 46.86% when the concentration was 267 mg/L.更多还原
