含有α,β不饱和烯酸酯的芳氧苯氧丙酸类化合物的合成与生物活性

【摘要】 以商品化芳氧苯氧丙酸酯类化合物精唑禾草灵为先导,对其酯部分进行修饰,引入4类α,β不饱和烯酸酯,设计、合成13个目标化合物。初步生物活性测试结果表明,所合成的化合物中有5个化合物在有效成分用量为200 g/hm2时对稗草和马唐防效均大于95%,所测化合物对百日草和苘麻基本无效。化合物2a较母体精唑禾草灵对小麦更安全。

【Abstract】 Thirteen aryloxyphenoxypropionate compounds were designed and synthesized using commercialized fenoxaprop-P-ethyl as lead structure by introducing 4 sorts of unsaturated carboxylates. Preliminary bioassay indicated that five compounds synthesized exhibited more than 95% control against Echinochloa crus-galli and Digitaria sanguinalis at 200 g/hm2 and no herbicidal activities against Zinnia elegans and Abutilon theophrasti Medicus. Compound 2a has more safety to wheat than fenoxaprop-P-ethyl.
