ε-己内酯合成方法的改进研究
The improvement of the synthesis of ε-caprolactone
【摘要】 以乙酸酐和双氧水合成出过氧乙酸,经与环己酮进行Baeyer-V illiger氧化反应,制备ε-己内酯,在最佳合成反应条件下,其收率达到61.3%.并对其做了IR、MS、折光率等鉴定.
【Abstract】 Peracetic acid was produced by the reaction between hydrogen peroxide and acetic anhydride,then peracetic acid converted cyclohexanone into ε-caprolactone by the Baeyer-Villiger oxidation reaction.The yield reached 61.3% in the optimum method.The product was identified by IR,MS and refractive index.
