【Abstract】 A method for separation and quantitative analysis of penconazole 200g/L EW by HPLC with acetonitrile and H3PO4 solution as mobile phase,ZORBAX Extend-C18 column and DAD at 220nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 8,the standard deviation was 0.095,the variation coefficient was 0.48%,the average rEWovery was 100.1%.更多还原
