超临界CO2萃取技术在食品工业中的应用
Application of Supercrilical CO2 Extraction Technology in Food Industry
【摘要】 超临界CO2萃取技术主要应用于香料、食品和医药工业,对于一些用常规方法难以提取及纯化的物质,该方法更能显示其独特的优势。介绍超临界CO2萃取技术分离原理、主要优点及发展现状,分析该技术在应用中常遇到的问题,对其发展前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 In this paper,on the basis of reviewing the principles and the advantages of separation of supercritical CO2 extraction technology,its applications in food industry and existing problems were studied in detail.In addition,the author made analysis on its future development.
