湿法烟气脱硫系统脱硫效率影响因素分析
KEY PARAMETERS INFLUENCING THE EFFICIENCY OF DESULFURIZATION IN WET FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION SYSTEMS
【摘要】 针对石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统在台州发电厂的应用过程中存在的影响脱硫效率的因素进行了分析,并结合近两年来的运行经验和相关试验进行原因分析和探索归纳得出石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统运行过程中需要控制的主要运行参数和方法,使之达到最佳的脱硫效率。这些控制方法和参数对脱硫系统的正常运行,保证SO2浓度的达标排放将起到积极的作用。
【Abstract】 The article analyzes the factors of limestone-gypsum wet FGD system in Taizhou Power Plant exist in the process of desulfurization efficiency.It is summarized that the process of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system needs to control the main operating parameters and methods combining with the last two years of experience and the analysis of relevant tests,so as to achieve the best desulfurization efficiency.These control methods and parameters of the normal operation of the desulfurization system will play a positive role to ensure that the concentration of SO2 discharge standards.
