【摘要】 目的观察美沙拉嗪联合酪酸梭菌活菌片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将临床确诊溃疡性结肠炎患者分为两组,治疗组(n=40):口服美沙拉嗪4g/d,酪酸梭菌活菌片2/次,3次/d;对照组(n=40):美沙拉嗪4g/d,治疗8周后,评价治疗效果。结果 8周后,治疗组有效率95%,明显高于对照组的60%(P<0.01)。结论美沙拉嗪联合酪酸梭菌活菌片治疗溃疡性结肠炎可提高疗效,能更好地改善患者的临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe therapeutic effects of Clostridium butyricum and 5-ASA for treatment ulcerative colitis.Methods All patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly assigned to test group(n=40) and control group(n=40).Patients in test group taken Clostridium butyricum,two tables each time and three times a day,and 5-ASA four gram a day.Whereas control group only taken 5-ASA four gram a day.All patients were treated for 8 weeks.After 8 weeks’ treatment,the improvements of their symptoms during treatment were observed and the therapeutic effects after treatment were evaluated.Results The rate of test group was 95%,while control group was 60%,the test group showed significant different(P<0.01).Conclusion Clostridium butyricum and 5-ASA on chronic ulcerative colitis can enhance therapeutic effects and improve clinical symptoms.更多还原
