基于云南洱海流域水污染控制的多目标农业产业结构优化研究
Multi-objective Optimization of Agricultural Industrial Structure Based on Water Pollution Control in Erhai Basin in Yunnan Province
【摘要】 本文利用以农业污染削减和农业经济增长为主要目标的多目标规划模型,对云南洱海流域农业产业结构进行了优化设计,为其水污染控制和农业经济可持续发展提供了实践依据,并从建立农业产业结构优化的激励机制、充分发挥农村合作组织的引导作用和建立农业剩余劳动力转移机制三个方面,提出了推进洱海流域农业产业结构优化的政策建议。
【Abstract】 A multi-objective optimization model what take agricultural pollution reduction and agricultural economy growth as main target is applied to optimize agricultural industrial structure in Erhai basin,which may be adopted as references to water pollution control and agricultural sustainable development.Then some suggestions what advancing optimization plan of agriculture industrial structure in Erhai basin are put forward,namely: to establish the incentive mechanism of agricultural industrial structure optimization,to play the guidance role of rural cooperatives organization,to establish the transfer mechanism of agricultural surplus labor force.
