【摘要】 目的:研究杞灵胶囊对大鼠骨密度的影响。方法:选雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分为杞灵胶囊低、中、高3个剂量组,模型对照组,假手术组和碳酸钙组,测量骨重和骨长,进行骨钙含量、股骨中点和股骨远心端骨密度的测定。结果:高剂量组骨钙含量和远心端骨密度均显著高于模型对照组。结论:杞灵胶囊具有提高大鼠骨密度的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of Qiling capsule on rat of bone density.Methods: Sixty rats were randomly divided into six groups.After experiments,the weight,length of bone and bone calcium were measured,and thighbone center point bone density and thighbone centrifugal end bone density were measured with X bone density meter.Results: The high dose group is higher than the model control group about bone calcium content and thighbone centrifugal end bone density.Conclusion: Qiling capsule has the role of enhancing the rat bone density.更多还原
