【摘要】 目的:了解盐城市人群中是否有不可分群的新型脑膜炎奈瑟菌及其带菌状况。方法:应用"小牛血清双抗培养基"采样、增菌,巧克力色平板培养基分离培养并进行系统鉴定。结果:在一个50人的小群体中,在不同时间点,4次检测不可分群的新型脑膜炎奈瑟菌的带菌率分别为:12.00%、18.37%、34.04%、30.95%(P<0.05),在各次检出的所有群别脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株中所占比例分别为:75.00%、39.13%、72.73%、81.25%(P<0.05)。结论:在盐城市人群中可检出两类不可分群的新型脑膜炎奈瑟菌,不同季节均有较高的带菌率,且高温季节带菌率高于寒冷季节。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:T o investigate the status of carrying new type of N.meningitidis in the people of Yancheng City.Methods:Collecting sample and propagating with the "new bovine serum and two antibiotics medium" .Culturing and identifying N.meningitidis with chocolate blood medium.Results:At different seasons,in 50 persons of the given group,tested for 4 times,the rate of carrier for new type of N.meningitidis was 12.00%、18.37%、34.04%、30.95% respectively (P<0.05).The proportions of new type of N.meningitidis in the positive strains of all groups for four times were 75.00% 、39.13% 、 72.73%、81.25% (P<0.05).Conclusions:Two new types of N.meningitidis could be tested in the people of Yancheng City,and the rate of carrier in different seasons is quite high.更多还原
