【Abstract】 Serving local area is a key point of the development of local comprehensive universities. It is the inner requirement to improve the training quality of talents. It is the starting and ending points of scientific research. And it is also the urgent demand of the development of local economics and society. The local comprehensive university should create new teaching method and adapt actively to the need of regional area to train the applicable talents. It should link the university and the enterprise together to deal with the problems and to break through the choke point of the local high and new technology.
