压气机叶轮超速预过载处理的计算与分析
Analysis and Numerical Simulation on Pre-Loading Spin Testing of Turbocharger Compressor
【摘要】 为配合压气机叶轮超速制造工艺的施行,根据我国现行增压器压气机叶轮的设计数据及使用要求,以某柴油机涡轮增压器的压气机为例,采用有限元参数二次规划法结合多重子结构技术分析超速预过载制造时叶轮、轴套与轴之间接触应力的相应分布规律。针对不同的超速转速进行了大量计算,获得了超速转速与接触应力、超速转速与过盈值之间的关系及超速预过载处理后在工作状态下压气机叶轮应力、位移的大小及相应分布规律。结果表明所采用的分析方法是可行的,有限元分析结果可作为增压器压气机设计及加工工艺的参考。
【Abstract】 Based on 3D FE model,this article uses the FE parametric quadratic programming(PQP) method based on parametric variational principle(PVP)to analyze a turbocharger compressor with 24 blades under combined centrifugal and interference-fit loading.The advantages of the parametric pro-gramming method compared with the conventional ones are that the penalty factors can be cancelled and the solutions can be obtained directly without tedious iterative procedures like general incremental iterative method.To save computation time,a multi-substructure technique is adopted for the structural modeling to simplify the calculation and provide a convenient service to process computer aided design(CAD)by means of FE simulation.The relativities between over speeds and maximum residual stresses on compres-sor after pre-over loading technology are analyzed.The contact stress distributing and magnitude of com-pressor under working condition after pre-over loading technology is investigated.The effects of contact stress distribution and magnitude of impeller-shaft sleeve-shaft under working condition are discussed in details.It is found that nonuniform initial amount of interference in the pre-loading process can avoid the relative displacement generated and ensure uniformity of the contacting stress.This article summarizes the FEM simulation results and provides the reference data for improving design and processing of compressor impellers,indicating the necessity of pre-loading technology in compressor impeller manufacture.
