生物柴油发动机PM排放的理化特性研究
Physical & Chemical Characteristics of PM Emitted from Bio-Diesel Engines
【摘要】 在1台直喷式增压柴油机上进行了生物柴油B100、柴油和掺混油B20的排放特性试验,对3种燃料排放颗粒物的物质形态、数量浓度以及化学组分等理化参数进行分析研究。试验结果表明:生物柴油的排放颗粒物形态与柴油机排放类似;比表面积BET、挥发性物质VOF比例和数量浓度均高于柴油机排放;总PAHs低于柴油机排放,但五环PAHs和BaP排放高于柴油机排放;在柴油机排放颗粒物元素分析中发现有硫元素。
【Abstract】 The experiments were conducted on a turbocharged DI diesel engine fueled with biodiesel B100,pure diesel fuel,the blend fuel of diesel fuel and biodiesel B20 to investigate the physical & chemical characteristics of its PM emission(including morphology,number concentration and composition).The results indicate that compared with diesel engine,the PM emitted from the biodiesel engine is about the same on morphology,but its BET specific area,the proportion of VOF and the number concentration are higher,total PAHs decrease,but the PAHs with 5 rings and BaP increase.It is found that the element S appears in PM from diesel engine.
