【摘要】 目的:观察比索洛尔与拉西地平合用,治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:选择40例门诊及住院的原发性高血压病人,治疗组接受比索洛尔5mg加拉西地平4 mg每日1次的治疗;对照组仅用拉西地平4 mg每日1次。结果:从临床疗效来看,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为80%。从不良反应来看,治疗组副作用发生3例,占15%;对照组副作用发生6例,占30%。结论:拉西地平合并比索洛尔治疗原发性高血压,似比单一使用拉西地平疗效好、副作用小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of primary hypertension treated by bisoprolol combined with lacidipine.Methods: 40 outpatients and hospitalized patients with primary hypertension were selected,patients in the treatment group were received bisoprolol 5mg combined with lacidipine 4 mg once a day;but the patients in the control group only took lacidipine 4 mg once a day.Results: From the clinical efficacy point of view,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95%,the control group was 80%,from the adverse reactions point of view,3 cases in the tment group had side effects,accounted for 15%;6 cases in the group had side effects,accounted for 30%.Conclusion: Lacidipine combined with bisoprolol treating primary hypertension was more effective and had less side effects than a single use of lacidipine.更多还原
